.Wash karela and then slit it, clean to remove all seeds. Apply salt inside and keep aside.
Roast bean atta, add dhaniya- jeera powder, Red chilli powder, salt, sugar, Turmeric, corriander, lemon Juice. Mix well and keep aside
Meanwhile steam karela for 5 min.
Let it cool and then stuff with the masala.
Add oil to the pan and heat it.
keep karela on pan and cover it with lid.
turn it in between and allow it to cook well.
Can be stored in refrigerator for 4 to 5 days
