Mataki Paneer Rassa Bhaji

Simple and Fast

Ingredients:

Matki 1 vati sprouted, paneer 8-10 small cubes, carrots 1 small , tomato 1 medium, onion 1 medium, green chillies 2-3, curry leaves, turmeric, mustard, salt and oil 1 tbsp.

  • Chop onion and tomato . Heat oil in a small cooker or in kadai .

  • Add mustard, curry leaves, chopped green chillies, onion and tomatoes stir well till it’s soft add turmeric.

  • Next step is to add matki and paneer and mix well add salt and little water,

  • Cover the lid and let cook well. One whistle for pressure cooker.

  • Matki paneer rassa bhaji ready.
