Mataki Paneer Rassa Bhaji
Simple and Fast
Ingredients:
Matki 1 vati sprouted, paneer 8-10 small cubes, carrots 1 small , tomato 1 medium, onion 1 medium, green chillies 2-3, curry leaves, turmeric, mustard, salt and oil 1 tbsp.
Chop onion and tomato . Heat oil in a small cooker or in kadai .
Add mustard, curry leaves, chopped green chillies, onion and tomatoes stir well till it’s soft add turmeric.
Next step is to add matki and paneer and mix well add salt and little water,
Cover the lid and let cook well. One whistle for pressure cooker.
Matki paneer rassa bhaji ready.
